Who is Nikkie de Jager?
Nikkie de Jager, better known by her YouTube moniker NikkieTutorials, is a Dutch beauty influencer, makeup artist, and entrepreneur who started her career in 2008. She's found massive online success through makeup tutorials and collaborations with prominent personalities, such as Lady Gaga and fellow influencer Jeffree Star.
In 2020, Nikkie publicly announced via a YouTube video that she is a transgender woman. After years of being a prominent influencer, she finally had the courage to reveal her true identity. Because of her vision, advocacy, and expertise, the influencer became a goodwill ambassador at the United Nations in the same year.
Then, in 2021, Nikkie launched her cosmetic brand Nimya after its 3-year development process. The brand releases three products upon the launching -- a setting spray, moisturizer/primer hybrid, and serum.
