Ian Marcus Stapleton, commonly called by his YouTube handle SSundee, is an influencer and content creator in the gaming industry. He exudes a truly buzzing and energetic personality, making him enjoyable to watch.
After leaving the US Air Force, he kickstarted his YouTube gaming influencer career and published his first-ever YouTube content—a Minecraft video titled “Minecraft Cave Adventure (1 of 3).” Aside from Minecraft videos, Stapleton also uploads gameplays of popular video games, such as Dota, Call of Duty, and League of Legends.
Throughout Stapleton’s over a decade-long career, he has streamed multiple games with various YouTube gaming creators. His channel went smoothly, even casually uploading vlogs. However, from November 2012 to January 2013, Stapleton only uploaded four YouTube videos.
He then uploaded a gameplay of Super Mario Craft Bros. in 2013 and explained the reason for his very few uploads. The influencer and his wife divorced, pushing him to be inactive. Stapleton apologized to his fans and got back on his feet by continuing his Minecraft series.
Three years after launching his YouTube channel, Stapleton finally gained a million subscribers. He joined Team Crafted in 2013 and rose in prominence as a Minecraft YouTuber. He then left Team Crafted sometime in 2014 and focused on his personal brand.
SSundee often collaborated with fellow YouTube creator Lanceypooh until their falling out. He then stopped working with Lanceeypooh and shifted to collaborations with another YouTuber, Crainer.
While SSundee’s YouTube career had long been soaring to great heights, he announced an almost one-year hiatus from December 2017 until April 2018. His Troll Craft series is his most popular content to date.
Stapleton’s social media influence has reached 22.6M subscribers on YouTube, 2.5M followers on Twitter, 1M on TikTok, 375K on Instagram, and 110K on Facebook.
