Who is CaptainSparklez?
Jordan Allencooper Maron, aka CaptainSparklez, was born on February 10, 1992 and is currently 32 years old. He is an American YouTuber who became famous for his reaction videos, Minecraft gameplay, and making the Minecraft parody song "Revenge." Jordan has over 11 million subscribers on YouTube. All this started when an 18-year-old CaptainSparklez created his first YouTube channel to upload his Call of Duty gameplay videos.
Fast forward to today, he is one of the most sought-after content creators, and big brands constantly reach out for collaborations. These include Google, LEGO, and Minecraft. CaptainSparkles has 4.2 million Twitter followers, 979K Facebook followers, and 833K Instagram followers.

Google
Google reached out to CaptainSparklez and said they wanted to sponsor a video of his and send him a massive crate of stuff. So of course, he agreed because that 'crate' sounded pretty great! And off he went and proceeded to take out amazing items from his giant Google Box. From a Nest Cam, OnHub router, Nexus 6P phone, Chromecast and Chromecast Audio, Android mini collectibles, moto 360 Android watch, and an ASUS Chromebook Flip! Whew!
LEGO
CaptainSparklez also went on to feature the Bionicle from LEGO. Bionicle is a line of construction toys targeted to 8-16-year-old kids and teens. It originally launched back in 2001 as a subsidiary of the Lego's Technic series. For those who are curious, "Bionicle" came from the words "biological" and "chronicle", which is also derived from the word "bionics." It is similar to the earlier themes of Lego Group, the Slizers/Throwbots, and RoboRiders that consist of each line. All their characters were based on classical elements.
Minecraft
Minecraft also sent CaptainSparkles a real-life Minecraft Loot Chest. There was also a super cute Minecraft plushie that went with it, as well as a recycling information card. CaptainSparklez was told that the kit was carefully crafted using sustainably sourced materials that are recyclable to reduce harmful impact on the environment. Then he pulled out the Minecraft Dungeons set in the Minecraft universe. There's also a handbook so players playing for the first time will know what to do. There was also a Minecraft Dungeons Skeleton Vanguard, a Minecraft Dungeons LEGO Kit, and last but not least, a super cool Minecraft Dungeons orange shirt!
