Who is VEGETTA777?
Samuel de Luque Batuecas, popularly known for his online handle VEGETTA777, is a YouTube gaming influencer, brand owner, and author. Aside from his gaming videos, users also subscribe to his channel because of the varied content.
Batuecas holds a nursing degree but pursued a career in the social media industry. The influencer launched his channel in March 2008. However, he only uploaded his first video, Uncharted 3: Presentacion Del Canal, in February 2012, officially marking the beginning of his flourishing YouTube influencer career.
Props to his charisma and wide range of varied gaming content, Batuecas' YouTube channel eventually expanded. He is best known for his many Minecraft content and gameplays, creating series like Minecraft Zone, Minecraft Apocalypse, V for Samuel, and Planet Vegetta.
It wasn't until 2013 that Batuecas experienced major success as a YouTube influencer, alongside the launching of his company Luque Social Gamer SL. It was also the same year he started creating content with other prominent Spanish-speaking gaming influencers, including Willyrex, Alexby11, and Stax.
The influencer moved to Andorra in 2017. Along with his relocation, his YouTube channel went through a significant shift in content, moving away from GTA and Minecraft to vlogs and other games like Resident Evil 7 and Uncharted 4, to name a few. Fortunately, though, his Uncharted 4 series became a hit.
In 2018, Batuecas became friends with Fargan, a GTA content maker, and revived the GTA V content on his channel. He also tried his luck in Fortnite videos but stopped after some time due to his lack of interest in the game.
VEGETTA777 is the seventh most-subscribed Spanish-speaking YouTube creator ranking behind elrubiusOMG and the second most popular in Spain. Batuecas' fame can also be attributed to his ever-supportive 33.8M subscribers on YouTube, 10.4M followers on Twitter, 6.4M on Instagram, 4M on Facebook, and 2.8M on TikTok.
