Who is JuegaGerman?
German Alejandro Garmendia Aranis is a Chilean YouTube gaming influencer, writer, comedian, and singer-songwriter. He became famous for his first channel HolaSoyGerman where he posted comedic content about daily situations. Then in 2013, German launched his gameplay channel JuegaGerman, which surpassed his first channel in subscribers and views.
On September 2011, German uploaded his first YouTube video Las Casa Obvias De La Vida Lit. In his interview with BBC Mundo, the influencer claimed he likes to make people laugh by making fun of himself and not others.
However, similar to other influencers, German isn't free from critics and issues. The Spanish YouTuber YoLordestructor accused him of using bots to increase his subs artificially. Other YouTubers uploaded videos of their own, claiming the accusations to be true. In 2013, German denied the accusations on an uploaded video, which gained more than four million views before getting removed.
The accusations didn't stop German from creating more content because he uploaded his most popular video Los Hermanos in the same year. At the end of 2013, his HolaSoyGerman channel became the second most-subscribed YouTube channel, just tailing behind PewdiePie.
In 2016, he made history as the first YouTuber to receive two Diamond Play Buttons. In the same year, he formed a career in music alongside multiple bands, as well as a solo career. Then in April, he unleashed his skill in writing by releasing his first book -- #ChupaElPerro. He released another book two years later, the Di Hola.
German toured Latin America to promote his first book and participated in the Bogota International Book Fair in Colombia, where he signed over 100K copies in twelve hours.
JuegoGerman racked up over 48 million subscribers on YouTube, 20.4 million followers on TikTok, and 12.2 million on Twitter.

Ice Age: Collision Course Dub
Aside from his YouTube prominence, German was given the chance to voice Julian the mammoth's character in the Latin American dub of Ice Age: Collision Course. Definitely a worthy addition to his list of feats.
