In 2020, Jason joined the ‘Got Milk?’ campaign. The superstar kicked off the Got Milk Dance Challenge featuring a new choreography to his hit song Take You Dancing. The ‘Got Milk?’ is an advertising campaign in the United States for TV and on YouTube, encouraging milk and dairy product consumption. This was a time when milk consumption had declined almost 20% over the last 20 years, down to less than one cup per person a day. In order to curb the crisis, the California Milk Processor Board hired ad executive Jeff Manning who was tasked to rebrand the beverage.
Back in 2014, PassionRoses.com was launched as a B2C interfacing website. It provided a platform where customers could purchase high-quality Colombian roses directly from PassionRoses without having to go through their floral retailers. They did this to compete against major ad competition during this period by larger competitors like 1-800 Flowers, FTD, and Teleflora.
On February 14th, Hollywood Branded’s activation team met the shipment sent from Colombia by PassionRoses and spent a whole day transforming a hotel suite into a 10K rose display fit for royalty. Jason Derulo then posted a picture of himself with Jordin Sparks in their hotel suite overflowing with 10,000 Cayenne roses. The ad campaign was a success, with Derulo and Sparks posting 18 times across 5 platforms, making 50+ Press Outlets, and over 187 million impressions.
