Who is Kathleen Lights?
Kathleen Fuentes, better known as Kathleen Lights, is one of the OGs of the beauty landscape on social media, particularly YouTube. Kathleen is a beauty influencer and entrepreneur who has built her brand into a grand empire. From the ground up, she built her fashion brand Lights Label and cruelty-free nail polish brand Lights Lacquer.
Kathleen began her social media influencer career in 2013 by launching her Kathleen Lights YouTube channel. Her passion and expertise lie in all things beauty and fashion, so her social media content revolves around the two. Not long after the influencer released her "Get Ready With Me! Date Night Makeup ft. Naked Basics Palette" video, she captivated the attention of many beauty fans.
From there, she started to post content consistently, mostly makeup tips, tutorials, and reviews.
As a result of her constant collaborations with reputable brands, Kathleen fell in love with the development process of beauty products, urging her to build her brand. She initially co-founded a nail polish brand called KL Polish which she stepped away from in 2019 due to an irreparable fiasco.
Then launched Lights Lacquer, her independently-owned Polish brand.
Kathleen's stardom allowed her to accumulate over 4.13 million subs on YouTube, 2.1 million followers on Instagram, 603K on Tikok, 601K on Twitter, and 136K on Facebook.

ColourPop Collaboration
Her collaboration with ColourPop released four beautiful and versatile makeup collections -- Where The Night Is, The Zodiac, Dream St., and So Jaded. Unfortunately, though, the products are no longer available for reasons unknown. Many speculate there's been a fallout between the influencer and the brand, while others believe the contract just ended.
Morphe x Kathleen Lights
Aside from ColourPop, Morphe is known for its frequent collaborations with multiple beauty influencers. In 2016, Morphe released a 15-shade powder eyeshadow palette in shimmer, metallic, matte, and glitter finishes.
Makeup Geek x Kathleen Lights Highlighter Palette
The highlighter palette forged by the influencer's collaboration with Makeup Geek has three warm-toned shades in peach, pink, and golden bronze. The beauty community raved about the highlighter as it was very pigmented with a great payoff.
